HP 6.9: Pots and Hanging Baskets used around the House and in the Garden
The one real advantage of growing pots and hanging baskets and placing them
around the house, is that can be readily moved. Special plants are grown
in pots and when they flower, if suitable they can be moved to a more
central situation to be enjoyed.
…. The Eucharist Lily (or Amazon Lilly) with its lovely white flowers and
dark green leaves, was dug up and given to us by friend from his garden ….
…. Pansies with their big colourful blossoms are grown pots in the Cottage Garden Room …..
…. in the original Creation, our Heavenly Father created these so that you
would enjoy these. Beautiful flowers were not created for animals
to enjoy but they were created for human beings to enjoy.
The Psalmist David says: Psalm 19: 1- 4 GOD’S WORD Translation (GW)
The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky displays what his hands
have made. One day tells a story to the next. One night shares knowledge
with the next without talking, without words, without their voices being heard.
Yet, their sound has gone out into the entire world, their message to the ends of the earth.
This means in practical terms, that being in nature is meant to be like you
reading and meditating on the Scriptures.
…. Dwarf Agapanthus flowering in big pot. See Images for dwarf agapanthus ….
….. The Clivia lily produces striking red tubular flowers. The red flowers contrast
sharply against the dark shiny green leaves. It loves a little shade.
